PURPOSE:To prevent an operating member from being switched from a normal photographic mode to a flash photographic mode during the carrying of the camera by providing an inhibiting means which inhibits the switching from the normal photographic mode to the flash photographic mode associatively with the movement of a lens protecting member to the 1st position. CONSTITUTION:Only a strobe device part is stored in the strobe photographic mode and a lens part is further stored in said state. Only the lens part is drawn out in the storage state for carrying because there is no disturbance caused by a lever 13, and the strobe device part is raised later. The strobe device, however, can not be raised in the storage state and in this case, the lever 13 is energized to rotate counterclockwise, but its arm 13a abuts on a belt arm part 11b and a force is applied in the drawing-out direction of the lens part. The lens part, however, is locked with a lock claw 5b, so it is impossible to drawn out the lens part and only the strobe device part can not be raised. |
