FIELD: weapons and ammunition.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons, namely to weapon for self-defense, and is intended for shooting by elastically strained bullets. Device comprises frame with post with barrel. Barrel consists of two separate parts. First part of barrel comprises cartridge chamber, and second part is channel. Second part of barrel is installed in frame strut by light pressed or transition fit. Post is equipped with safety device, interacting with second part of barrel.
