Arrangement comprises a straight multiphase stirrer. The stirrer can be adjusted wrt to the ladle to that the direction of the movement at the surface of the melt can be changed. - It comprises a multiphase coil arranged vertically or horizontally next to the ladle. It is a low frequency coil 0.1-10 Hz. In front of the two legs of the coil, there are two screening coil. If the stirring becomes unsymmetric, they can be used to correct it. |
