PURPOSE:To reduce initial storage energy by providing a transistor of base- current direct control type at the position of a decoupling reactor. CONSTITUTION:A transistor 13 controlled directly by a base current is provided at the position of a decoupling reactor. When a section C is first discharged, the transistor 13 is closed, and the resistance observed for a load side from a capacitor bank is only resistance of a load coil. When a section D is discharged, the transistor 13 is opened. |
