Disclosed is a method for implementing load sharing, which is applied to a station. The method comprises: when it is detected that a user equipment initiates a radio resource control (RRC) connection request or an RRC connection recovery request in a first cell, sending an RRC connection establishment message or an RRC connection recovery completion message to the user equipment through the first cell, wherein the RRC connection establishment message or the RRC connection recovery completion message carries instruction information used for instructing the user equipment to be migrated from the first cell to a second cell. |
