PURPOSE:To make the area of a memory cell small, by providing the first counter, which compares the frequencies of an oscillator, to which a reference resistor and a temperature sensitive resistor are connected, reading the temperature difference data by the step up of the first counter, adding the data to a preset value, thereby obtaining the temperature data. CONSTITUTION:A reference resistor 12 is connected to an oscillator 16 through a switch 13. The oscillating frequency is counted at this time until a counter 17 is overflowed. At the same time, a counter 22 counts the clocks of an oscillator 21. The value when the counter 17 is overflowed is latched by a letch 19. A temperature sensitive resistor 11 is connected to the oscillator 16, and its output is counted by the counter 17 until a comparator circuit 23 sends out the agreed output. With the value of the counter 17 as an address, the temperature difference data is read out of a memory 3 and added to a preset counter 4. Thus the temperature data is obtained. |
