PURPOSE:To obtain a plane diaphragm with high buckling strength by heating, pulling and extending a material for which a metallic foil and a natural fiber is laminated and bonded and forming a honey-comb structure. CONSTITUTION:Acrylic adhesives are applied to a rotary roller 24 beforehand, natural fiber sheets 21 and 22 sandwiching an aluminum foil 23 are passed to a clearance of the rotary roller 24 and a bonded combination body 25 is obtained. After that, the combination body 25 is cut and laminated at a free width and a honey-comb core 19 is formed. Next, an aluminum surface skin material 20 is stuck to both surfaces and a plane diaphragm is obtained. |
