PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator call management system capable of improving reliability concerning an elevator.SOLUTION: A remote monitoring system 100 is configured as follows. When an emergency call button 102c of an intercom arranged in a car 102 of an elevator 101 is operated, a remote monitoring support device 120 transmits a call request notification to a management server computer 130. The management server computer 130 received the call request notification performs the input request of a dialing command to an operator to handle the call on the basis of the call request notification.
