PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device for a rescuer that lets an emergency contact center learn the situation of the rescuer and enables prompt and appropriate treatment.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 1 receives an emergency report from a report source 3 via an antenna 101, decrypts the emergency report with a decryption key stored in an emergency report key storage unit 112 with a reception data decryption unit 103, and displays informer positional information and report destination/report source information identified from the decrypted reception data together with character data inquiring the possibility of rescue on a display unit 107. If rescue is possible, it transmits a message indicating rescue is possible from the antenna 101 to a report destination 2 identified by the report destination/report source information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
