PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device, an electronic device and the like, capable of realizing electrostatic protection while suppressing generation of latchup and the like.SOLUTION: A circuit device includes: a terminal; protection diodes DID1 and DID2 for the terminal; and an electrostatic protection circuit that has a thyristor SCR provided between a power line of a first power supply voltage and a power line of a second power supply voltage, and a trigger circuit for turning on the thyristor SCR at the application of static electricity. The trigger circuit (CB, TB) and the thyristor SCR are arranged in a first direction D1. The thyristor SCR is located at a position apart from the protection diodes DID1 and DID2 compared with the circuit elements (CB, TB) that configure the trigger circuit, in a second direction D2 crossing the first direction D1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
