<p>PURPOSE:To obtain sheet type products in a high speed, moreover, which of a good quality, by a method wherein a compositemainly composed of polyamideimide resin is melted and pressed by an extrusion machine, and the press condition is prescribed when said composite are made sheet type products by discharging from mouthpiece. CONSTITUTION:The composite which is mainly composed of polyamideimide resin illustrated by the following general formula, is discharged after being given pressure above 120kg/cm<2>, preferably above 180kg/cm<2> in the port. In the discharging process, said composite are molded keeping the time within 1min, preferably within 15sec needed becoming to the atmosphere pressure (when resin composite went out of the nozzle) from 119kg/cm<2>. By taking these conditions, since the agglomeration of a steam generated in polyma is prevented, and also the generation of moisture by the curing reaction can be decreased, sheet type products of excellent quality without cavity or surface swelling can be obtained.</p> |
