PURPOSE:To make a capacity of a memory of RAM as a whole by outputting a data read from a random access memory in place of an output data of a memory only for reading when a flag of an address memory read from an address shown by a reading address signal of a memory only for reading shows '1'. CONSTITUTION:During an operation of a simulation, a data selector circuit 6 selects a reading data (m) outputted by a memory 1 only for reading when a flag signal (o) shows '0', and selects a reading data (n) outputted from a random access memory 5 when the flag signal (o) shows '1' to output an output data (p). Namely, by outputting a part of the data of the memory 1 only for reading with a change, a simulation in which the data of the memory 1 only for reading with a part changed can be done. By using a RAM having a small capacity of the memory, a ROM simulation can be constituted.
