PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of the tile head by forming a housing with a resinous composition contg. an abrasion-resistant filler, providing a sliding surface to the housing as a top surface, inserting a head unit into an insertion port furnished on the sliding surface, and bonding the unit to the port. CONSTITUTION:A sliding surface 21 and a curved surface 22 connecting with the surface 21 are polished to form a smooth surface, and coils and back bars are provided to prepare a head. Namely, the sliding surface 21 is united to the main body to obtain a housing 2, which is formed with a resinous composition contg. an abrasion-resistant filler. A thermoplastic resin such as polyphenylene sulfide is appropriately used as the resin. |
