EXAMPLE:N-(2-fluoro-3-chlorophenyl)phthalimide. USE:Herbicide and plant-growth regulator. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be prepared by reacting the compound of formula II (Y is group of formula III, IV, etc.) with 2-fluoro-3- chloroaniline in the presence of a solvent such as acetic acid, toluene, etc., at room temperature-80 deg.C for 30min-several hours, and heating the resultant compound of formula V at 50-150 deg.C in the presence of a proper solvent and optionally an acid catalyst.</p> |
