PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable transmission system by controlling the timing of a release of occupation and controlling the load of a circuit when a station occupying a common transmission line and sending data releases the occupation at the completion of sending. CONSTITUTION:When a data transmission allowable signal (POL) is detected at the generation of a transmission request, a data transmission control device (ST) sends a circuit occupation display signal (RSV), sends a frame, checks the value of a counter 17, and if the value is a fixed value N or less, sends the POL immediately. If the value exceeds the N, sends the POL after the delay time of a fixed period T0. During the time T0, any STs do not transmit frames and respective STs execute receiving processing waiting information processing, so that the receiving load is not increased moreover.
