PURPOSE:A stabilized medical composition that is prepared by adding a peripheral vasodilator and a phospholipid to a carcinostatic agent, thus improving absorption of the carcinostatic agent and showing high directivity of the agent toward tumor cells in tissues. CONSTITUTION:A carcinostatic agent such as fluorouracil, tegafur, UFT, estracyt is combined with about 10-100wt%, based on the carcinostatic agent, of a peripheral vasodilator such as nicotinic acid, its esters, beta-butoxyethyl ester, nicmetate, bamethan sulfate, or cyclandelate and 10-300wt% of a phospholipid such as phosphatidyl choline, soybean lecithin, yolk lecithin. Thus, the absorption of the carcinostatic agent is improved, further, the agent can be brought to the tumor cells specifically, and satisfactory effect is manifested with a reduced dose with reduced side-effects.
