A resource allocation method and apparatus for a short transmission time interval (TTI), which relate to the technical field of wireless communications. The method comprises: receiving one or more cell radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI) notifications that are sent by a base station and that are dedicated for short-transmission time interval (TTI) communication; receiving downlink control information (DCI) sent by the base station; decoding the DCI according to the C-RNTI notifications, so as to obtain radio resources indicated in the DCI; and performing short-TTI communication by occupying the radio resources indicated in the DCI. |
