PURPOSE:To make the system compact by providing a one-way clutch between either a ring gear or a sun gear and a carrier, and a braking system between either the sun gear or the ring gear and a fixed member, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A speed increasing means 30 provided between a driven shaft 3 and a right final driving shaft 5 comprises a sun gear 31, a plurality of planet gears 32, a ring gear 33 and a gear carrier 34. A one-way clutch 35 is provided between the gear carrier 34 and the ring gear 33. The driven shaft 3 is connected in one body to the gear carrier 34. The sun gear 31 is provided with a braking system 50 which comprises a brake drum 51 rotating in one body with the sun gear 31 and brake shoe 52. As a result, the speed increasing means 30 having speed changing function can be miniaturized.
