PURPOSE:An egg is wrapped with an egg shell-peeling paper which has the adhering part and shell-peeling part, then the part of the egg shell to be peeled off is cracked and the cracked part is peeled off, then the shell parts adhering to the paper are peeled off. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of paper is provided, on its one surface, with adhesion part 9 of more than 40mm width W (coated with an adhesive) and perforated along the lines 10 and 11 at an interval U of 10-30mm in the middle of the adhesion part as a part to be peeled off 12. An egg is wrapped with the paper so that the adhesive layer comes into contact with the shell and both ends 13, 14 of the paper are twisted. The egg is hit to form cracks as fine as possible around the shell 5 and the part 12 is peeled off to allow the white part of the egg to be exposed. Then, both end parts of the paper 13, 14 are pulled off from the egg. |
