PURPOSE:To omit the manual drilling operations and to improve the productivity of machinery by producing automatically the numerical control (NC) information for simulation of the movement of a cutter and producing automatically an NC tape for cutter. CONSTITUTION:An input means 11 for product forms controls the input given from a display device 18 and a graphic input/display device 19 for calculation of various coordinates and registers the drawing data on products onto a data base 17 together with a display onto a graphic output device 20. A nesting means 12 calls out the drawing data on the base 17 by an indication given from the device 19 to combine them with control on an indication panel and delivers these arrayed data to the base 17 and the device 20. A working information input means 13 controls the interactive input of the cutting information and the working condition information to the arrayed drawings and registers the working condition data to the base 17. An automatic producing means 14 for NC information produces automatically the NC information from the data on the base 17 by an indication given from the device 19. Then a simulation means 15 simulates the movement of the cutter based on said NC information and displays it on the device 20. An automatic NC tape producing means 16 produces an NC tape and sends it to a drilling device.
