PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomolecule fixing base material that can simplify a procedure necessary for detecting an antigen to be analyzed.SOLUTION: The biomolecule fixing base material 100 according to the present application includes: an antibody 250 for acquisition fixed to a base material 200; and an antibody 310 for detection and an indicator 350 attached on the base material 200 near the antibody 250 for acquisition. The antibody 310 and the indicator 350 attached on the base material 200 are desirably in the state of freeze-dried substances. Since the antibody 310 for detection and the indicator 350 are prepared in advance on the base material 200, the procedure necessary for detecting an antigen to be analyzed can be simplified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
