<p>Containers, such as round hoppers or bunkers, are in many cases fitted with a discharge unit having at least one driven clearing arm which rotates during the emptying process above a bottom surface provided with a discharge aperture and is curved forwards in the direction of rotation. To improve the economic efficiency and operational reliability of such discharge units, the proposal is made to fit every existing clearing arm (1) at least with cutting parts (6) which face the bottom surface (4) and lie with slight spacing (A) above the bottom surface. <IMAGE></p> |
