PURPOSE:To dispense with a tape cut driving mechanism so far required for respective feeders and thereby reduce the cost of production, by driving a cutter with rotation of a rotary table. CONSTITUTION:A parts holding jig 20 receives electronic parts in consecutive order from a parts feeding mechanism 13 set up on a fixed table by rotation of a rotary table 19, and transfers these parts to the specified position. With rotation of the rotary table 19 in a C direction, a roller 8 comes into contact with a cam part 2 of the cutter installed in the fixed table. With this action, movable cutters 4a and 5a rock centering around a fulcrum 3, and cut a residual tape guided in a clearance between fixed cutters 4b and 5b. Afterward, the rotary table 19 continues to rotate, and when the cutter 8 energizes the cutter 1 with a continuous ratio current, these movable cutters 4a and 5a are pulled back by a spring 6 and thereby rocking in the reverse direction to A, so that they come into a state before being contacted with the cam 2.
