PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of piping while improve the stability of control and responsiveness by making a pressure control system in an upper tank and conveying gas flow rate control system independent control systems respectively and preventing the lack of flow rate of a conveying fluid when transporting speed is high. CONSTITUTION:In order to raise a transporting speed, a shut-off valve 50 is closed to disconnect the upper part of the inside of a tank 12 from the outlet side of a rotary feeder 28, a shut-off valve 18 is opened to increase pressure inside the tank 12 up to a pressure corresponding to increase in the transportation speed, the speed of rotation of a motor 26 is simultaneously increased to increase the cut-out speed of the feeder 28, and the opening of a flow regulating valve 24 is increased to increase the flow rate of a conveying gas. At the same time the pressurization inside the tank 12 is completed, the shut-off valve 18 is closed to stop pressurization while the shut-off valve 50 is opened to equalize the pressure of the upper part inside the tank 12 with the outlet side pressure of the feeder 28 to rapidly stabilize the transporting speed of powder and grain bodies. Accordingly, the clogging of piping can be prevented while improving the stability of control and responsiveness.
