The safety device comprises a rear brake structure capable of sliding inside the housing and a front brake structure mounted in the rear brake structure consisting of two sliding blocks with pull wires extended out to get through the rear brake structure. The bottom of the two structures further has brake cables applied to brake the wheels. Any one sliding block can first engage the rear brake structure by pulling the wire connected to pull the brake cable to brake the rear wheel before the front wheel begins to be braked by pulling the other wire to engage the front brake structure to brake the front wheel, but conversely to release the front wheel before the rear wheel. |
