PURPOSE:To eliminate the distortion component by providing a comparator obtaining the difference of sample values between even number and odd number strings of an output data of an A/D conversion section and a gain controller controlling the gain of one signal system of the even and odd number strings by the output signal of the comparator. CONSTITUTION:The gain of a signal path through which a digital signal relating to the sampling by a sample-and-hold circuit 1 is controlled so as to make the two integration values compared by a comparator 11 equal to each other, the gain of the system through which the sampled signal passes by one of the even and odd order numbers depending on the multiplication coefficient fed to a multiplier 5 is charged so that the total sum of the even order sampled values and the total sum of the odd order number sampled values are made equal. A comparator 11 detects a slight difference between values in accumulators 8 and 10, and when the absolute value of the difference is a prescribed value or below, the presence of the difference is neglected to keep the gain G to the unity thereby stabilizing the control operation. Thus, the distortion due to the gain difference is eliminated.
