Provided is a probe reagent for FISH, in which the number of light spot signals is increased from the prior art, making it possible to achieve more accurate measurements. This probe reagent for in-situ hybridization contains a plurality of nucleic acid molecules having different sequences, and one or two phosphor nanoparticles that are bonded to or are capable of bonding to said nucleic acid molecule.
