PURPOSE:To permit the certain acceleration correction free from the erroneous judgement by integrating the difference between the opening degree signal of a throttle valve and the opening degree average signal within a specific time range and acceleration-correcting the fuel feed quantity when the integration value exceeds an acceleration judgement value. CONSTITUTION:In a control circuit 11, the opening degree of a throttle valve 35 at present and the average level of the opening degree of a throttle valve are obtained from the signal of a throttle valve opening degree sensor 18, and the variation quantity as the approximate value is obtained according to the approximation equation of the variation quantity of the throttle valve valve opening degree which integrates the above-described difference within a specific time range. When the variation quantity of the throttle valve opening degree is larger than the first judgement level, the first acceleration increase of fuel quantity is carried out, and when the variation quantity is larger than the second judgement level, the second acceleration increase of fuel quantity is carried out. Therefore, the acceleration demand for an internal combustion engine can be judged and extracted certainly free from the erroneous judgement due to a nozzle, etc., and the speedy correction to the proper fuel feed is permitted in accordance with the acceleration demand.
