Supporting plates(4,4') are provided with a constant distance on the inner walls(1,1') of the two driving chains. The supporting plates(4,4') are rotable by pins(3,3'), which are put through the upper portion of the centre point of these plates. The pin are fixed on the centre portions of the fixed pieces(2,2'), which are fixed on the inner walls of the driving chains(1,1'). These maintain the balance of the supporting plates to the gravity direction regardless of the moving directions of the driving chains. Three holding bars(5) are arranged between the supporting plate(4,4').
