PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain an electric signal without damaging temp. environment, by making it possible to move a measuring window to an area directly above a required measuring position even during an operation test. CONSTITUTION:A wind tunnel space is constituted of a seat belt 11 moving along the parts mounting surface of an object 1 to be tested in parallel and conductive side plates 4, 4'. The measuring window 12 provided to the seat belt 11 at the predetermined position thereof is moved to a required measuring position to make it possible to directly view a measuring terminal. Because a measuring probe can be contacted with the measuring terminal easily and accurately over the entire front and back surface range of the object 1 to be tested without damaging the environment during the operation test, erroneous check or shortcircuit is eliminated and a good electric signal is obtained.
