PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus capable of dropping ice shaving in a cooling tank through a hole opened at the bottom of the tank even if bridging of the ice shaving takes place, by placing a pair of horizontally arranged rake-shaped blades which are intermittently slidable in a cooling tank holding ice shaving. CONSTITUTION:Ice shaving is supplied to a cooling tank 1 through an upper hopper 5. The tank 1 contains a pair of horizontally arranged rake-shaped blades 3a, 3b which are intermittently slidable in the tank. The ice shaving in the cooling tank 1 is dropped downward through a hole 2 opened at the bottom of the tank 1 by intermittently sliding the blades 3.
