The machine (2) is rotated to the forward direction by using link system, and the first (5) and second link (6) are fixed to the support (3), machine fixing plate (4) being mounted with the links by respective pins, and the machine is rotated to the forward direction with the axis pins (10)(20)(21) as the central axis, and the rotation is limited by the guide pin (14).
