PURPOSE:To obtain the perfect sealing structure by breaking the rings for the magnetic fluid on the inner diameter side of pole pieces by temporarily decompressing the whole constitution member and allowing said magnetic fluid to flow into the gap between the pole pieces and a shaft and then restoring the ordinary pressure state. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic fluid 4 is caught into the inside diameter part of an annular magnet 1 having pole pieces 2 and 3, and a shaft 5 is insertion- arranged. The magnetic fluid 4 is allowed to flow into the gap between the pole piece 2 and the shaft 5 by putting the whole into the temporary decompressed state. Then, the rings 4 and 4 for the magnetic fluid are returned to the set positions by returning the whole to the ordinary pressure state from the decompressed state, and the perfect magnetic fluid ring can be manufactured. |
