PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of achieving size reduction and inhibiting heat loss.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery unit 30 comprises: an exhaust gas outgoing portion 61, an exhaust gas turn portion, and an exhaust gas return portion 63 as an exhaust gas passage; and a water outgoing portion 51, a water turn portion 52, and a water return portion 53 as a water passage. By so configuring, fluids flowing from tanks 32 and 33 into the passages turn in the turn portions 52 and 62 and return again into the tanks 32 and 33, respectively. The exhaust heat recovery unit 30 can be made small in size because of a dual-stage structure. |
