PURPOSE:To facilitate replacement of a recording sheet through simple motion, by a method wherein a strap pin is released from a stopper groove through control of a control button, and a recording holder is pulled off integrally with a recording sheet and a platen roller. CONSTITUTION:With a control button depressed, a transmission member 21 is rotated, and a stopper arm 28 is rotated by means of a pin 30 engaged with a pin engaging part. The pin 31 is disengaged from a stopper groove 6a of a recording sheet holder, and the position of a pin 16 of a recording electrode holding metal fitting 12 is rotated upward from the upper side of both sides of a push plate 10. In which case, the push plate 10 is pushed to a stopper position through the force of a spring 11 and, a recording sheet holder 6 placed thereon is protruded. The recording sheet holder is pulled off integrally with recording sheets and a platen roller 5 by an operator, and recording sheets can be replaced at hand by the operator. Even when a device is mounted in a spot where there are obstacles in all directions, replacement of recording sheets is practicable through simple motion.
