PURPOSE:To facilitate the change of a control system and at the same time to ensure the universal applicability of a control circuit, by using the input an external signals to change the control constant of each digital PID arithmetic part. CONSTITUTION:Each of PID arithmetic parts 11 and 12 contains a comparator arithmetic circuit, a differentiation arithmetic circuit and an integration arithmetic circuit together with the proportional constant setting input parts 15 and 16, the differentiation constant setting input parts 17 and 18 and the integration constant setting input parts 19 and 20 respectively. The specific external inputs to be connected to the signal input parts 21-24 of both parts 11 and 12 are decided by an external connection switch circuit together with the specific external outputs to be connected with the signal output parts 25 and 26. Then the external signals are applied to the multiplication constant setting input parts 31 and 32 of the multiplication circuits 13 and 14 as well as the setting input parts 15-19 in response to the control system to be applied. Thus each constant is set.
