PURPOSE:To realize a disaster supervisory system not requiring the installation of a special receiver by sending a message to a corresponding communication destination through a public telephone line by synthesized voice if various events such as fire, gas leakage, fill of carbon oxide and illegal burglar takes place. CONSTITUTION:For example, in case of the operation of a gas leakage detector, a telephone number of a gas supply company is called from a RAM 5 or a ROM 6, an automatic dialer 8 is controlled and a telephone call is given to the corresponding gas company to inform the event of gas leakage to the relevant gas company in synthesized voice together with its address and name or the like. Farther, if a smoke sensor is operated, a telephone number of fire station is called from the RAM 5 or ROM 6 and the automatic dialer 8 is controlled to make a phone cale to the relevant fire station and after the line is connected, a voice synthesizer 7 is driven and the occurrence of fire breakout, address and name are informed in synthesized voice.
