Thiophene-carboxamide derivs. of formula (I) are new (where R1 = alkyl (opt. substd. by alkoxy, alkylthio, F or CN), alkenyl, alkynyl or cycloalkyl; R2 = alkyl or opt. substd. phenyl; R3 is as R1 or also alkoxy; R4 is as R1 or also H, or R3 plus R4 together complete a heterocycle which may be substd. by alkyl and may contain an extra O, S or N as heteroatom). Pref. R1 = Me, Et, n- or iso-propyl, sec. butyl, cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl; R2 = Me, Et, isopropyl, tert. butyl or phenyl; R3 = Me, butyl or omega-cyanopentyl; R4 = H, or R3+R4 together complete pyrrolidino, piperidino or morpholino. |
