An OLED display component and preparation method therefor, a display panel, and a display device. The method comprises the steps: preparing a base substrate (1), a positive electrode layer (2) and a hole injection layer (3) being formed in sequence on the base substrate (1); forming on the base substrate (1) a hole transport layer (4); forming by means of nanoimprinting a first mask plate comprising a first pattern, the first pattern being a material through-hole; forming on the base substrate (1) an organic light-emitting layer (6) by means of the first mask plate; forming on the base substrate (1) an electron transport layer (7), an electron injection layer (8), and a negative electrode layer (9). The OLED display components prepared using the present method have relatively small dimensions, are highly refined, and, when applied to display panels, enhance the resolution of the display panels. |
