PURPOSE: To prevent erroneous operation by installing a first, second and third switch means and driving a second link mechanism in response to the third switch means and a first link mechanism only when the first and second switch means are operated respectively. CONSTITUTION: A first switch means is constituted of a switch 90, a second switch means of a switch 34B and a third switch means of a switch 40 and a switch 34A turning a key cylinder 36 on respectively, and an actuator 10 is turned forward and reversely through a control relay 94. When a rotary lever 38 for the key cylinder 36 is rotated and the switch 40 is turned on and an operator touches on the switch 34A, the actuator is turned in the forward- rotation direction, and a locking mechanism F is released and an upper-side open-close body can be opened. When the switch 90 is turned on and the operator touches on the switch 34B, the actuator 10 is rotated reversely through the relay 94, a locking mechanism E is released and a lower-side open-close body can be opened. Accordingly, a malfunction can be prevented surely. |
