PURPOSE:To obtain a preferable thin film on a ferrite surface by mounting a ferrite base material on the vertical axis at the center of a hook, and blowing and baking solution-like superconductor on the surface of the ferrite base material while the hook is rotated. CONSTITUTION:After the surface of a ferrite product 1 of predetermined shape is degreased, superconductor is blown, and thermally cured to form a thin superconductor film 2 on the product 1. In this case, outer frames 4 to be detachably attached to both ends of the product 1 are provided, the product 1 is vertically hang, and mounted at a predetermined distance. When the product 1 is coated with the solution-like superconductor, the product 1 is rotated. Thus, a preferable thin film is obtained on the product 1. |
