PURPOSE:To prevent deflection of a rotating body or 'MISO' (fermented bean paste) braying rotation, by play fitting an annular slide ring of rhombic cross section between a V-groove on the inner peripheral surface of a holder and a V-groove on the outer peripheral surface of the ring rotating body. CONSTITUTION:An annular slide ring 8 is play fitted between a V-groove 11 of a holder 7 and a V-groove 10 of a ring rotating body 1 through a fine gap to constitute a bearing mechanism. When the ring rotating body is rotated at a low speed, the lower slope of the V-groove 11 is brought into slide contact with the lower slope on the outer periphery of the slide ring and the upper slope of the V-groove 10 is brought into slide contact with upper slope on the inner periphery of the slide ring. When the ring rotating body is rotated at a high speed, the upper slope of the V-groove 11 is brought into slide contact with the upper slope on the outer periphery of the slide ring and the lower slope of the V-groove 10 is brought into slide contact with the lower slope on the inner periphery of the slide ring. |
