Device for processing products under controlled atmosphere and temperature, particularly food emulsions, characterised in that it is composed of a manufacturing machine, of a transfer station, of a packaging machine, of an input chamber giving access to the non-filled packages towards the filling chamber, of a conveying device transporting the filled and sealed packages under controlled atmosphere and temperature, and a chamber for discharging the filled packages, it being possible for all these stations to be connected to a device for creating a vacuum, for blowing in gas and for controlled temperature, the input and discharge chambers being equipped with a removable sealing device on either side of the filling chamber.
