PURPOSE:To prevent noise accompanied by a vibratory combustion at an initial combustion and bad influence caused by heat for electrical component parts by a method wherein a casing is provided with a cap member for closing a through hole at a normal combustion time after an ignition of a burner. CONSTITUTION:A main body 1 of a gas instantaneous hot water heater is constructed such that a discharging port 3 is provided at an upper part within a casing 2, both a heat exchanger 4 and a burner 5 are provided at an intermediate part, and a fan 6 for supplying combustion air to a lower part. A casing 2 is provided with a cap member, for example, a bimetal 9 to be deformed so as to close a through-hole 8 at a normal combustion time after ignition of the burner 5. The through-hole 8 is opened at the initial time of ignition of the burner 5 even if a burner flame is apt to show a slight lift, and a variation of pressure within an upper combustion chamber higher than the burner 5 of the casing 2 is loosened. Simultaneously, an acoustic impedance of equipment is varied to prevent a vibratory combustion or dampen it, thereby it is possible to eliminate or reduce the noise. In case of normal combustion at the burner 5, the through-hole 8 is closed, so that a discharging of hot gas within the combustion chamber is prohibited and all the combustion discharged gas are discharged from a discharging cylinder 7 to outside part. |
