PURPOSE:To attain the miniaturization by supporting a vibrating bar, which vibrates by a vibration energizing means, temporarily in the node of the bar by a vibro-absorbing member. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor is constituted of a stator main unit 1 of vibrating bar, electric-mechanical energy converter elements 2 serving as the stator driving source, electric input electrodes 3 of the element 2, wear resisting material 4 and vibro-absorbing members 5 consisting of felt or the like. The before said stator main unit 1 is pressurized and supported by pressure plates 6, adjusting screw threads 7 and a fixed bed 8 through the vibro-absorbing members 5. And by pressurizing and supporting the peripheral surface in a position, where a node point is located, by the pressure plate 6, adjusting screw threads 7 and the fixed beds 8 through the vibro-absorbing member 5 of felt or the like, said peripheral surface gently suppresses its vibration, and vibrative damping by the support can be low suppressed. |
