PURPOSE:To easily select an optimum measuring instrument and its function at the time of analyzing the operation of an input/output controller by providing a ROM for an operation analyzing program and an input/output interface. CONSTITUTION:An input/output controller 100 is provided with not only a ROM 20 where firmware which controls the controller 100 is stored, a RAM 30 used as a work area, and a first input/output interface 50 but also a ROM 40 where the operation analyzing program of the controller 100 is stored and a second input/output interface 60. The operation analyzing program corresponding to a command according with operation analysis from a processor 10 is taken out from the ROM 40 and an optimum measuring instrument and its function corresponding to this operation analysis are automatically selected through the interface 60. Consequently, the optimum measuring instrument and its function are easily and quickly selected at the time of operation analysis to analyze the operation of the designated input/output controller. |
