The accident sensing device tracks a three-dimensional motion of the vehicle, calculates a predicted range of the three-dimensional motion of the vehicle for a predetermined period of time, starting from the current point of time, and confirms an accident when the actual three-dimensional motion tracking value deviates from the predicted range.
