<p>PURPOSE:To attain changeover of backup to a standby monitor control station without use of an exclusive signal line by allowing a standby monitor control station to intercept data on a transmission line so as to attain data collection and status monitor of an active monitor control station. CONSTITUTION:A monitor control station 11 in operation collects information from control terminal equipments 14, 15 through an information route 102. Moreover, the control station 11 sends its own possessed information toward an imaginary transmission party through an information route 103. A monitor control station 12 in standby intercepts the information on the transmission line through an information route 104 to collect a data from the control terminal equipments 14, 15 and intercepts the data sent to the imaginary station on the transmission line from the active monitor control station 11 at the end of each data collection period to monitor the state of the active monitor control station 11.</p> |
