PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas post-processing device and an internal combustion engine mounted with the same capable of: pulverizing a reducing agent or a precursor thereof with a simple device; and reducing an input amount of the reducing agent or the precursor thereof by enhancing a purification reaction of NOx.SOLUTION: The exhaust gas post-processing device comprises: a urea SCR (selective catalytic reduction) catalyst 5 installed in an exhaust passage 2; a dosing valve 6 which supplies exhaust gas with urea water; a micro bubble generation device 10 which is installed at an upstream side of the dosing valve 6, separates gas into micro bubbles in a manner that shears the same and mixes the micro bubbles into the urea water; and an ozone generation device 13 which supplies the micro bubble generation device 10 with air. The ozone generation device 13 is adapted to add ozone, which enhances a purification reaction of an exhaust gas component, to the air. |
