PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaf spring which can prevent such a problem that when bonding a leaf spring to a housing or a holder, an adhesive is attached to a spring part, and that bonding between the leaf spring and the housing, a yoke, or the holder is made insufficient.SOLUTION: Leaf springs 5, 11 include an outer frame part 5a,11a, and inner frame part 5b, 11b disposed inside the outer frame parts 5a, 11a. Between the inner frame parts 5b,11b and the outer frame parts 5a,11a, spring parts are provided which cause the outer frame parts 5a, 11a and the inner frame part 5b, 11b to expand or contract in a normal direction of the leaf springs 5,11. In one surface of the inner frame parts 5b,11b or the outer frame parts 5a,11a, a bonding groove 18 is formed which extends in a circumferential direction of the inner frame parts 5b,11b or the outer frame parts 5a,11a, and the interior of which is filled with an adhesive 18. |
